We are seeking an aspiring and highly motivated Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The HR Generalist will play a critical role in supporting the daily operations of the HR department.

  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and benefit

  • Handle employee concerns or conflicts and assist in resolving issues in a fair and effective manne

  • Assist in administering employee benefits programs (health, dental, retirement, etc

  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedure

  • Utilize HR software to maintain employee records, track data, and generate report

Requirement

  • Diploma in Human Resources / Business Administration or any other related fiel
  • d
  • 1-3 years of experience in a Human Resources role with experience in payroll administration
  • Knowledge of payroll practices, labour laws and and work permit application processe

  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and HRIS softwar
