- Assist with logistics for project stakeholders, including scheduling meetings, coordinating communications, and managing project timelines.
- Working alongside with different departments/teams to ensure that processes are streamlined and that the latest updates will meet our system requirements

- Respond promptly to inquiries from employees and managers regarding HR policies and processes.
- Provide administrative support for HR projects and initiatives, including data entry, report generation, and analysis.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology or a related field.
- Have prior Internship experience related to Human Resources in FMCG
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Strong collaborator and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and can work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and project management skills; proficiency in project management applications would be advantageous.
- Prior experience with Enterprise HR system is an added advantage but not a mandatory prerequisite.
