- Deployment/implementation and support of AI/HPC (GPU) infrastructure solutions that include but not limited to servers, virtualization, storage, networking, AI/ML/HPC software stack.
- Project documentation such as Design, Statement of Work, As-Built document, Performance Test, System Integration Test, User Acceptance Test.
- Lead projects or work with Project Managers and customers to manage project deliverables and timelines.
- Conduct / lead POC workshop to meet customer, business, and technical objectives.
- Provide technical expertise in project tender/RFP/presales phase and field support.
- Work closely with vendors and customers to address, track, execute and ensure proper closure of technical support cases.
- Stay abreast of new rapidly changing technologies and new product releases by regularly participating in technology training & certifications.
- Hands-on experience in managing both Linux Server and Windows Server is expected;
- Strong technical skills in LAN/WAN, encompassing server configuration and troubleshooting, as well as expertise in hardware management for storage and tape libraries are prerequisites;
- A comprehensive understanding of networking technologies, such as Fortinet, Sophos and Cisco switch, router, and firewall;
- The ability to work independently and have a self-driven work ethic.
