- Provide a full spectrum of professional human resources services including compensation and benefits, recruitment & selection, performance management, staff movement and relations, and workforce planning
- Lead HR programmes, policies and initiatives to ensure a high-performing and engaged workforce
- Formulate and execute HR policies in alignment with the corporate governance and departmental KPIs and ensure the policies and practices are strictly in place and delivered
- Collaborate with the business units to oversee the annual budget and headcount management process, including coordination and reporting
- Provide coaching on people-related matters, including employment issues and workplace safety, to ensure a clear understanding of workforce management principles and employment-related regulations
- Cultivate an engaging culture by motivating employees and fostering an environment of teamwork, accountability, clear communication, and shared vision
- Undertake any other duties and special projects as assigned by supervisor
- Holds a degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
- Has 5 – 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in the hospitality industry and in a people manager role
- Possesses good knowledge of local labour laws and industrial relations
- Can build and maintain effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrates excellent coaching, listening, and communication skills, with the ability to engage with individuals at all levels
- Is a proactive self-starter who can problem-solve, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive initiatives forward
