As a Diligence Supply Chain Officer, you will be responsible for gathering information and examining records to assess potential risks and opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Perform expediting services for the supply macroprocess, that is providing support to Supply team, paying attention to the potential interfaces between the Project and their respective demands.
- Perform support services for the procurement and expediting processes, working on specifications, outlining and quantification of scope and support for contracting processes.
- Participate in daily activity programming meetings.
- To act in the inspection of the due diligence of engineering projects of the supplies of the
- companies contracted, obtaining information and acting in favor of guaranteeing the fulfillment of the deadlines and technical requirements of the contractual relation, without impacting the work fronts of execution of the Project.
- To act, together with the team in charge of the execution of the Project, in the procurement and expediting processes of supplies.
- Participate in project meetings and analysis of technical issues, as well as handle technical demands with a specialized team.
- To act in contact with international suppliers.
- Use a microcomputer performing computer operations (stock consultation, text editors, spreadsheets, presentations and planning software, software with 3D Models and SISPEN).
- Issue comments on workflow and on specific meetings to technical documents of suppliers, in
- special ITP, Schedules, certificates, Databooks, document lists.
- Participate in analyses, insertions, extractions and compilations of data from systems and software
- used in the inspection of the processes and consolidate in reports or in any other way, the data
- obtained from the processes, transforming them into useful information for the due decision. The
- issuance of such technical reports, opinions, comments, responses to demands made or required for the natural provision of service shall be done within the requested time.
- Perform written, verbal, and electronic communication (emails) and with the subcontractors and suppliers
- Perform tasks of similar complexity when assigned.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- High school graduate in Engineering - Mechanics, Petroleum, Electrical, Chemical or related fields
- Experience of 5 (five) years of project work and supply in projects chain in the oil and gas industry
- Desirable knowledge in Office 365 Package
- High proficiency in English language
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

Pay: $5,000.00 - $9,000.00 per month
