  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.

Job description

Company Overview:
Our group of four companies, covering a range of industries, is looking for a talented Singaporean Marketing Assistant or Marketing Executive to manage and expand our digital presence. This full-time role requires a proactive individual fluent in Mandarin to enhance social media engagement, create impactful content, and drive innovative marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee company accounts on TikTok, Xiaohongshu (XHS), and Shopee.
  • Identify, engage, and collaborate with relevant influencers to enhance brand presence and boost product sales.
  • Develop and share innovative marketing strategies and tactics to improve sales performance.
  • Provide marketing insights and support for DA and other related businesses as needed.
  • Content Creation, Dream Letters
  • Design + Edit Photo/Video using Canva or other competent apps
  • Prepare any Marketing Events, Photo + Videography on site
  • Manage WiX, Ads, Social Accounts
  • Any other Marketing related duties assigned, purchasing
  • Follow up and organize marketing emails
  • Ensure all Marketing Tracking Ads, Social Media Login etc are up to date.
  • Assist the operations side if required for any technical issue matters, Customer Relations
  • Any ad-hoc related to marketing assigned such as Organize Filing and paperwork

Requirements:

  • Singaporean only.
  • 2-5 years of experience in marketing, particularly digital content.
  • Background in digital marketing or related field; professional certification is a plus.
  • Proficient in design software with a strong eye for detail and aesthetics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other administrative applications.
  • Self-driven, flexible, and proactive, with a strong interest in the SME environment.

  • Detail-oriented with strong initiative and the ability to work both independently and within a team.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Salary: SGD 2,500 - 3,500
