  • Support the coordination and delivery of onboarding program and initiatives for new hires
  • Update and maintain the onboarding resources
  • Work closely with HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support and administer the review and communications of HR policies and processes
  • Design and develop HR dashboards and analyse data to collect and derive people insights
  • Support HRBP in the development and execution of HR Initiatives.
  • Create contents for employee engagement and communications using videos, EDMs and other online platforms, e.g., Canva, Powtoon, Vimeo etc.
  • Provide administrative support such as preparing HR documents, drafting internal communications, and maintaining HR databases
  • Any other projects and ad-hoc duties that may be assigned
Campus Recruitment
  • Manage the internship recruitment process cycle in MIRAI (success factors) from job postings, sourcing of candidates, screening of candidates, scheduling of interviews to onboarding activities
  • Support the campus recruitment and the internship development initiatives for RHQ/SS teams
  • Participate in campus career fair (if any)
  • Ensure great candidate experience
REQUIREMENTS
  • Undergraduate currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Communications, or business-related degree.
  • Passionate about people and culture, looking to gain hands-on experience in the Human Resource field
  • Proficient in written and spoken English
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications including Powerpoint, Excel, Visio and experience in video-conference platforms such as Zoom and TEAMS
  • Proactive, creative, detail-oriented
  • Good communication skills with systematic thinking
  • Responsible, demonstrate positive work attitude and ethics, has good abilities to deal with challenging tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous work experience or internships in related fields is a plus.
  • Prior experience with HRIS such as SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.
