- Responsible for strengthening the relationships with stakeholders (e.g. MOH, AIC), community care organizations, public health institutions, grassroots organizations, the community at large, and seniors and seniors' next-of-kins
- Responsible for the operations of the Home, including meeting the KPIs set by MOH and AIC

- Works with Finance on the development of an operating and capital budget for the Home
- Provide a budget to actual financial statements for management purposes. Prepare interim budgets as required by the Management team
- Responsible for managing resources and expenses, ensuring operational sustainability
- Provides accurate and complete information needed for the preparation of financial reports as required by law or certification, registration or accreditation status
- Responsible for ensuring that the Home meets targets on the Balanced Scorecard
- Responsible for ensuring that the information is reported to the Management team
- At least a Bachelor Degree
- At least 3 years or more leadership experience in the healthcare industry
- Clinical background
- Excellent analytical skills, interpersonal and communications skills
- Sound knowledge of community resources and long term care services
