Job description

  • Support in day-to-day operation and ensure facilities support equipment and building services is maintain and upkeep in operational condition at all time
  • Daily routine check and data logging to ensure smooth operating condition of M&E and building services (Air-conditioning, chiller system, Pump, CDA, FMCS, Fire protection system, utilities and etc)
  • Perform maintenance, repair on mechanical and electrical (M&E), include building services works
  • Operate and manage the building management system (FMCS) to monitor all facility M&E services and support equipment
  • Coordinating and check on the works perform by service contractor
  • Attend to internal customer feedback related to facility issue and to carryout repair work promptly
  • Carry out maintenance work in accordance to maintenance schedule
  • Liaise and check service contractor and sub-contractor in carryout work within company premises. (such as Maintenance, repair, construction, A&A work Fire protection system, Pest control, Landscaping and etc)
  • Attend to complain on all defect & breakdown (Air-conditioning, M&E, CDA, Fire protection system, building services and Etc) during office hours including after office hour, weekend and public holiday (rotating standby duty)
  • Up-keep, control and update of spare parts (electrical, mechanical and general items), manual library, as-built drawing and etc which shall be assigned by superior
  • Participate in facility project and improvement work

Job requirements

  • Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / Air-conditioning / Building services or Nitec2 / NTC2 in Electrical / Mechanical / Air-Conditioning / Building services with more than 1 year experience
  • Technical knowledge & Skills on either electrical, mechanical, ACMV and building services
  • Analytical and problem skills
  • Good Interpersonal skills
  • Understand and practice safety requirement
  • Ability to interact with all levels of workshop staff
  • Alternate Saturday work schedule with overtime in the 2nd half
