Customer Service Representative
Introduction:
As a Customer Service Representative in a campus environment, you will be the primary point of contact for prospective customers. Your responsibilities will include educating customers about course offerings, addressing inquiries, and assisting in the sales process. You will work closely with the Centre Manager to ensure a seamless registration and enrolment experience for clients, enhancing their overall experience with our services.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries from potential students through walk-ins and online platforms.
- Familiarize yourself with the curriculum and programs offered to effectively communicate with prospective customers.
- Identify and recommend courses that align with customers’ needs and objectives to facilitate enrolment.
- Assist in closing sales by guiding customers through the registration process.
- Collaborate with the Centre Manager to ensure a smooth enrolment process and maximize customer satisfaction.
- Collect and review customer feedback to contribute to continuous improvement in service delivery and sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate customer database records and assist in analysing sales data for reporting purposes.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Centre Manager.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of a diploma in any field.
- Fresh graduates with a proactive attitude and a sales-driven mindset are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in customer service or sales is an advantage.

- Monday: Off
- Tuesday to Friday: 1:30 PM - 7:30 PM
- Saturday and Sunday: 9:00 AM - 7:30 PM
