Introduction:
As an Admin, you will serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students. This role requires a passion for education and the ability to effectively communicate the details of our course curriculum. Your responsibilities include educating students, addressing their inquiries, and facilitating the enrollment process, all while collaborating closely with the Student Coordinator to ensure a smooth transition from application to onboarding. Your administrative skills and proactive approach will be essential in enhancing student satisfaction and driving enrollment growth.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Administrative Duties: Utilize Microsoft Office applications to perform essential administrative tasks related to student inquiries and enrollment tracking.
- Curriculum Familiarization: Develop a thorough understanding of the Educational Institution's curriculum and programs, focusing on academic excellence, student support, and community engagement. This will enable you to effectively communicate their benefits to potential students.
- Student Engagement: Identify student needs and recommend suitable courses or programs that align with their interests and goals, ensuring a personalized experience.
- Inquiry Management: Address student inquiries, both in-person and through online platforms, to provide timely information and facilitate the enrollment process.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Student Coordinator to streamline the enrollment process and ensure a positive experience for new students.
- Feedback Collection: Gather and analyze student feedback to identify areas for improvement in curriculum development, student support services, and overall student satisfaction.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate records of student interactions and enrollment data for administrative purposes, facilitating effective reporting and analysis.
- Additional Duties: Take on any other responsibilities as assigned by the Student Coordinator to support the overall operations of the institution.
Qualification:
- Possess at least a diploma in any field.
- Fresh graduates who are proactive and sales-driven are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in sales is an added advantage.
