  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Responsibilities

  • To lead, plan and manage projects for several systems in the customer bank while effectively communicating with internal and external stakeholders
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our key customers, understanding their needs, addressing concerns and ensuring long-term satisfaction
  • Promote and plan new NEC IT infrastructure implementation projects and deliver to key customers
  • Achieve goals set for business plan and other countries in NEC group subsidiaries
  • Provide regular progress reports to the Project Manager in assigned tasks and overall project status
  • Lead, guide and support team members. Promoting collaboration and professional growth
  • Any other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Degree in Commerce or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of related experience as an IT infrastructure engineer for financial institution, especially Japanese financial institution
  • Minimum 2 years of project management experience in financial institution, especially Japanese financial institution
  • IT Project management skill is a must
  • Experience of IT systems roll-out to end users
  • Knowledge of Azure cloud is a must
  • Required business development skill
  • Proven ability to work in large groups
  • Strong leadership skills to lead and motivate team members
  • Effective influencing, organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, communication skills and ability to interact with all levels
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to write professionally in both English and Japanese
  • Proficiency in the Japanese language (JLPT N1) to liaise with Japan HQ and Japanese customers
