Responsibilities

  • Maintain sales records and report month-end goals to senior management.
  • Process orders, ensure timely deliveries, and update customers on delays.
  • Coordinate the sales team by managing schedules, documentation, and communication.
  • Ensure sales-related equipment and materials are sufficient.
  • Handle order processing accurately and provide after-sales support as needed.
  • Convert sales forecasts into feasible manufacturing plans and oversee raw material allocation.
  • Facilitate root cause analysis for supplier quality issues.
  • Prepare monthly reports on production performance, identifying potential bottlenecks.
  • Conduct time studies to improve efficiency.
  • Generate key management reports, including sales, profit, and budget summaries.

Requirements

  • Strong time management skills with a clear understanding of manufacturing processes and realistic production timelines.
  • Proficient in analyzing consumer data to optimize sales strategies.
  • Min. 2 years of sales experience in a relevant manufacturing environment.
  • Willing to travel, primarily to Malaysia, Thailand, Japan, and Shanghai.
  • Ability to read mechanical drawings.
  • Proficient in Mandarin and English for communication with the China office.
  • Japanese language proficiency is an added advantage.
