RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare executive summaries and provide feedback on cooperation with corporate accounts.
  • Compile and analyze documents for monthly review meetings.
  • Develop and distribute the sailing schedule, monthly tariff rates, and volume statistics to corporate clients.
  • Coordinate with offices and agents regarding customer inquiries.
  • Communicate both in writing and verbally with corporate accounts to address rate and service inquiries.
  • Generate and consolidate monthly sales visit reports.
  • Oversee the timely completion of RFQ submissions by the pricing team, ensuring RFQ is submitted to the corporate accounts promptly
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) guidelines for corporate accounts.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proficient in business development activities including lead generation (10% hunting) and relationship management (90% farming).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills; dependable, resourceful, detail-oriented, and able to multitask with initiative.
  • Capable of working independently, managing time efficiently, and maintain control over all projects/responsibilities with strong follow-up on relevant issues.
  • Knowledge and experience in the NVOCC business is a plus.
