  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities:

The Support Officer is responsible for supporting Follow-Up Officers on credit card applications related matters and to assist with the day-to-day operations.

Other responsibilities includes:-

· Call reviews

· Ensures that the turnaround time is being met for the products acquired

· Applications records/entries are updated timely.

Qualifications:

· Preferably have some admin related banking experience

· Meticulous and able to work under stress

· Able to work independently.

· Diploma/Degree holders
