Job Overview

As the Business Marketing & Sales Executive, you will drive our strategic sales and marketing efforts to expand Greenway’s pest control services across Singapore. This role requires a unique blend of strategic thinking, client relationship management, and hands-on execution—often in challenging or sensitive pest scenarios. You will play a key role in shaping our growth while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to achieve revenue goals, including lead generation, client outreach, and tailored sales pitches for sensitive pest situations.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth market analyses to identify trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities. Use client feedback to refine service offerings and improve sales performance.
  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Building: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and digital outreach. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Technical Coordination: Collaborate with pest control technicians to prepare accurate quotations, incorporating specialized equipment (e.g., foggers) and BizSafe risk protocols. Conduct on-site visits to assess infestation challenges and ensure compliance with safety standards (e.g., working at heights).
  • Documentation & Reporting: Prepare detailed proposals, contracts, and sales reports for management review. Maintain accurate financial and operational records, leveraging your Accountancy background.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, operations, and finance teams to deliver a seamless client experience—from initial pitch to post-service follow-up. Lead promotional events or client education sessions to enhance Greenway’s brand presence.
