Applications Specialist / Developer (contract)
Our client, one of Asia-Pacific’s leading organizations is looking for:
Applications Specialist / Developer
Responsibilities:
- Tenant Onboarding: Assist with the onboarding process for new tenants onto our platform, ensuring a smooth transition and providing necessary support throughout
- Solution Provision: Offer tailored solutions to clients that align with product policies and utilize cutting-edge technologies, addressing their specific needs and requirements
- Product Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services, staying updated on the latest features and advancements to effectively guide clients and internal teams
- Technical Support: Provide technical support to tenants and internal stakeholders, troubleshooting issues, and resolving inquiries in a timely manner
- Development Work: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to the development and enhancement of our products, leveraging your technical expertise to drive innovation
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with proven experience in a similar role, with a strong background in full stack, application support, development, or implementation
- Good understanding of software development methodologies and technologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working with Angular, Go, AWS, experience with Microsoft / Azure Entra ID is a plus
- Experience working with SaaS platforms and familiarity with tenant/subscription-based models is a plus
- Good understanding and hands-on experience with the full software development lifecycle (SDLC)
