Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Kitchen Crew Member to join our culinary team at [Hotel Name]. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of food items according to hotel standards and recipes.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen work areas, equipment, and storage areas.
  • Wash dishes, utensils, and cookware to maintain a clean working environment.
  • Stock ingredients and supplies in the kitchen to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist chefs and kitchen staff in food prep and cooking tasks as needed.
  • Follow all safety, sanitation, and health standards in the kitchen.
  • Ensure all kitchen equipment is properly cleaned and maintained.
  • Perform basic food prep tasks, such as chopping, peeling, and portioning ingredients.
  • Work efficiently with other kitchen staff to support meal services during peak times.
  • Adhere to food quality standards and deliver high-quality meals to guests.
  • Help with inventory management and communicate stock needs to the supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Previous kitchen experience is a plus, but not required (we are willing to train the right candidate).
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Attention to detail and a strong commitment to food safety and cleanliness.
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and have a positive attitude.
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
