SALARY:

$2,150 to $2,200 - Diploma

$2,000 to $2,100 – NITEC

Responsibilities:

• front line support staff
• Handle patient registration, schedule appointments, and promote digital services
• Assist and guide patients on the use of self-service kiosk/digital services
• Provide frontline support for patients, including crowd control and responding to patient inquiries
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Min diploma, NITEC
• No experience needed, training provided

** Monthly renewable contract

Office hours 5.5days

Mon to Fri: 8am to 5pm (1 hour break)

Sat: 8am to 12pm (every Sat)
