  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:

  • Source and identify suppliers for direct/indirect materials/services to expand supplier base and for new project/production needs.
  • Lead in conducting periodic price negotiation with suppliers to ensure competency in cost for materials/services.
  • Qualify suppliers once suppliers are selected in order to add suppliers into the Approved Vendor List.
  • Conduct supplier performance review on a regular basis to manage supplier qualification and updates on supplier capabilities.
  • Maintain standard operating procedures applicable to the Procurement department to ensure work flow process are consistence.
  • Work with other department and suppliers to develop appropriate supply chain model to ensure assurance of supplies with minimal inventory holding
  • Provide quotation to Sales department based on scope of supplies required by Customers.
  • Any other task/project assigned by management

Requirement:

  • Diploma/Degree in relevant discipline
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in procurement
  • Working experience in procurement in oil & gas industry will be an added advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
