Position: Executive (Commercial Distribution - JIA)

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. To provide quality customer service and maintain existing business as well as to develop new business.
  2. To implement and coordinate KPI to achieve the team’s annual targets, including both the top-line and bottom-line target.
  3. To enhance productivity and activate the team through the empowerment to subordinates by implementing proper instruction and guidance.
  4. To ensure regular visits to corporate client’s premises at least once a year or more as to make sure client’s demand/need as well as to enhance relationship with clients.
  5. To quote any risks following underwriting decision.
  6. To review all renewal policies & to recommend new cover (if any) and to improve cover if necessary.
  7. To review coverage and rates for unfavourable loss ratio clients, and to take necessary measures together with Claim Division timely when needed.
  8. To follow-up all renewals to ensure policies are being renewed.
  9. To coordinate with internal divisions on documents, claims and other matters.
  10. To attend to all client’s enquiry & complaints.
  11. To assist & attend to queries from the subordinates on administrative issues.
  12. To assist in premium collection within 60days premium warranty period.
  13. To prepare reports for marketing committee meeting.
  14. To ensure that all documentations comply with the COP standards.
  15. To take care of IT related issues when needed.
  16. Proper instruction and training to officers and admin assistants.
  17. Any other marketing duties including team management maters assigned by assistant managers and above.
  18. To lead the team as Task Force Leader when assigned.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Mandatory: BCP, PGI, ComGI & HI Insurance Certification
  • Diploma
  • Minimum with at least 3 to 5 years working experience in the general insurance industry
  • English Communication Skill (Speaking/Reading/Writing)
