Employee Relations:

· Act as a point of contact for employees to address HR-related queries and concerns.

· Assist in resolving workplace issues and conflicts to maintain a positive work environment.

Recruitment and Staffing:

· Support the recruitment process, including posting job openings, shortlisting candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.

· Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure effective placement.

Training and Development:

· Assist in organizing employee training programs, workshops, and professional development opportunities.

· Support payroll administration, benefits management, and employee compensation queries.

· Assist with the annual compensation review process.

Performance Management:

· Help manage the performance appraisal process, including setting timelines, tracking goals, and ensuring timely evaluations.

· Support employee feedback and recognition programs.

HR Administration and Compliance:

· Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and healthcare regulations.

· Assist in managing HR policies, procedures, and documentation.

Job Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

· 1-2 years of experience in an HR generalist role, preferably in a healthcare setting.

· Familiarity with HR processes, such as recruitment, payroll, and performance management.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Good understanding of labor laws, healthcare regulations, and HR best practices.

· Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR software.

· Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

· Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.

· Customer-service-oriented with a focus on employee well-being.
