Job Desciption:
- Prepare and maintain detailed construction program with project personnel to establish the plan and document the scope, develop project schedules and or cost estimates.
- Ensure the maintenance of all essential planning related documentation.
- Coordinate and maintain close working relationship with project team and contracts department to ensure that works implementation follows to approve master program.
- Participate in the development of timetables and schedules for projects.
- Participate in coordinating with client/ consultants during presentation, reporting and updating of schedules or programs.
- Coordinate projects with all affected parties to ensure projects are completed on schedule and government regulations and health and safety requirements are maintained.
- Analyse data and situation, recommends solutions to Management.
- Preparation of weekly and months rolling program and update with actual progress.
- Assist Project Manager in the preparation and submission of verified work done to Quantity Surveyor.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirement:
- Preferably with a Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering/ Construction or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction industry.
- Familiar with Singapore Codes and Practices.
- Computer literate with proficiency in planning software such as Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, P6 Primavera.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work as a team and proactive.
- LTA experience will be preferred.
