Job Desciption:

  • Prepare and maintain detailed construction program with project personnel to establish the plan and document the scope, develop project schedules and or cost estimates.
  • Ensure the maintenance of all essential planning related documentation.
  • Coordinate and maintain close working relationship with project team and contracts department to ensure that works implementation follows to approve master program.
  • Participate in the development of timetables and schedules for projects.
  • Participate in coordinating with client/ consultants during presentation, reporting and updating of schedules or programs.
  • Coordinate projects with all affected parties to ensure projects are completed on schedule and government regulations and health and safety requirements are maintained.
  • Analyse data and situation, recommends solutions to Management.
  • Preparation of weekly and months rolling program and update with actual progress.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirement:

  • Preferably with a Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering/ Construction or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the construction industry.
  • Familiar with Singapore Codes and Practices.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Project and Primavera.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work as a team and proactive.
  • LTA experience will be preferred.
