Job Description
L1 Support via email/calls to end-users and escalate to L2 if necessary
Perform troubleshooting and maintenance of the company's hardware and software problems
Respond to incidents/issues timely according to the SLAs and provide timely updates to the parties involved
Involved in current and future implementation/upgrade projects
Set up and maintain user accounts for current or new users
Perform IT assets management
The Successful Applicant
Minimum 1 years experience in service desk or helpdesk environment
Able to work in a team to support end-users needs in IT hardware and software issues
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to speak with different stakeholders and users
