or influencers.

2. Strategic Partnerships & Relationship Building:

Build and maintain relationships with key partners such as

suppliers, distributors, third-party platforms, influencers, and

corporate clients.

Negotiate and close partnership deals, including affiliate

programs, product collaborations, and co-branded marketing

efforts.

Engage in cross-departmental collaboration with marketing,

product development, and customer service teams to ensure

alignment in business goals.3. Sales Strategy & Execution:

Develop a comprehensive sales strategy and set clear sales

targets to drive business development efforts.

Identify new sales channels, including digital marketplaces,

partnerships, and collaborations.

Monitor and analyze sales performance, adjusting strategies as

necessary to meet revenue goals.

4. Market Research & Trend Analysis:

Conduct in-depth market research to identify new trends,

consumer behaviors, and competitor strategies in the

e-commerce space.

Provide insights to management and key stakeholders to help

shape the company’s product offerings, marketing strategies,

and sales initiatives.

Stay informed of industry innovations, emerging technologies,

and e-commerce best practices.

5. Customer Acquisition & Retention:

Develop strategies for attracting new customers through various

online channels such as SEO, paid media, social media, and email

marketing.

Lead initiatives to improve customer retention by fostering

long-term relationships, launching loyalty programs, and

enhancing the overall customer experience.

6. Brand Awareness & Lead Generation:

Drive initiatives to enhance the company’s brand visibility in

target markets, including developing marketing campaigns,

sponsorships, and digital content partnerships.

Oversee lead generation efforts through inbound and outbound

marketing strategies, including managing marketing budgets for

campaigns.

7. Performance Reporting & Analytics:

Track and report on key performance metrics (KPIs), such as sales growth, lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI on

business development activities.

Regularly present business development progress to senior

leadership, including recommendations for growth and

adjustments to strategy.

8. Product Development Collaboration:

Collaborate with product and development teams to suggest new

Work with the tech team to ensure seamless integration of
