Job Title: Chief Finance Officer (CFO)

Job Summary:

The Chief Finance Officer (CFO) will lead and oversee the financial activities of the Group of Companies, ensuring financial stability, growth, and compliance. This role is responsible for financial planning, reporting, and forecasting, while effectively managing cash flow, investments, and budget planning to align financial strategies with business objectives.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

- Lead and oversee the Finance Department, ensuring efficient budget preparation, audit functions, and financial controls.

- Collaborate with department heads to monitor financial performance, provide strategic insights, and drive informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage cash flow, investments, and treasury activities to optimize financial stability and liquidity.

- Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, shareholder reports, tax returns, and regulatory filings.

- Analyze sales and profit projections versus actual performance, identifying variances and making necessary adjustments to budgets and forecasts.

- Enhance financial planning processes to improve accuracy, efficiency, and strategic alignment.

- Assess operations to identify opportunities for cost optimization, restructuring, or process improvements.

- Work closely with the Managing Director and executive team to align financial planning with corporate growth strategies.

- Monitor long-term economic trends and assess their impact on the group’s business performance and expansion plans.

- Identify and evaluate potential business expansion and diversification opportunities.

- Oversee fund investments and collaborate with investment bankers to secure capital for corporate growth and expansion.

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax obligations, and industry standards.

- Perform additional finance-related duties as assigned.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA in Finance is preferred).
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), or similar professional certification is an advantage.
  • 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior financial management role.
  • Experience in managing finances for a group of companies or multi-entity business structure is preferred.
  • Strong background in financial planning, corporate finance, investment management, and risk assessment.
