Key Responsibilities

  • Captain (not Coach): manage key accounts, and carry an annual sales target.
  • Leadership: Oversee Sales, Account Management, Channel Partner Relations, and Solutions Architech teams, and be responsible for the teams' annual revenue target.
  • Upward Management: Track and report on sales performance, providing insights and updates to the CXOs and Board.

About You

Qualifications & Experience

  • At least 5 years of working experience in related field.
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (preferred).

Skills & Attributes

  • Results-oriented, experienced and performance-driven.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, including concise writing and presentation abilities.
  • A collaborative team player who works effectively across all organizational levels.
  • A self-starter with creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in a fintech company or high-growth startup is a plus.
