How do i turn this on?
Find tutorial for your browser below :
  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  1. Open Chrome on your computer.
  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  7. Refresh the page.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Review written order form (medication chart, medication record or prescription) to determine the drug needs of the patient
  • Fills prescriptions as ordered by attending physician
  • Explains directions for prescription use (drug therapy) to patients
  • Provides information to other health professionals
  • Ensure patients receive their medicines correctly in a timely manner
  • Informs prescribers of any drug interaction, adverse drug reactions, contraindications
  • Maintains a shelf inventory of medications and pharmaceutical supplies,
  • Performs inspections of drug storage areas throughout the hospital and performs other job-related duties as assigned.
  • Assist in acquisition of special items for patients with approval from senior pharmacist
  • Performs all aspects of supply of medications to patients independently
  • Actively participates in Pharmacy education and development programmes.
  • Assist the senior pharmacist in reviewing policy and procedure manuals on a regular basis

Job Requirements:

  • Possess Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited college of Pharmacy
  • Registered with the Singapore Pharmacy Council
  • Hospital experience desired but not necessary
