Admin Assistant

The Admin Assistant plays a vital role in the day-to-day operations of the office by providing clerical and administrative support to the team. Your responsibilities will include handling emails and phone calls, scheduling appointments, organizing documents, and assisting with office logistics. Responsibilities:

  • Perform Clerical & Administrative Tasks – Handle data entry, maintain accurate records, and manage office documentation.
  • Manage Communication – Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and address inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Schedule Meetings & Appointments – Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and maintain organized calendars.
  • Manage Office Supplies – Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of office materials.
  • Assist in Report & Presentation Preparation – Format reports, draft business correspondence, and compile presentations.
  • Support Office Coordination – Assist in planning company events, organizing team meetings, and supporting administrative projects.
  • Process Financial Documents – Assist in processing invoices, tracking expenses, and supporting bookkeeping tasks.
  • Provide General Administrative Support – Offer assistance to managers and team members with ad hoc administrative duties.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or associate degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 1+ year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in office administration or support.
