Job Description
- Responsible for optimizing marketing strategy of credit products through data analytics in user acquisition and retention, such as online marketing, voucher dispatch, robocall promotion and campaigns.
- Design user segmentation and analyze user conversion to enhance marketing strategies like traffic selection, smart bidding, customized promotion.
- Conduct data analysis of credit profit and loss to set targets and optimize marketing costs.
- Collaborate closely with business teams to translate business insights into data.
- Construct reports to monitor key performance indicators of marketing strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent analytical thinking and solid experience in data management.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and yet able to steer analytics projects toward clear business goals, testable hypotheses and action-oriented outcomes.
- Strong attention to details and ability to notice discrepancies in data.
- Ability to clearly communicate complex results to technical experts, business partners, and executives.
- Prior experience in marketing, campaign and ads is a plus.
- Prior experience in risk management is a plus.
