  • Responsible for optimizing marketing strategy of credit products through data analytics in user acquisition and retention, such as online marketing, voucher dispatch, robocall promotion and campaigns.
  • Design user segmentation and analyze user conversion to enhance marketing strategies like traffic selection, smart bidding, customized promotion.
  • Conduct data analysis of credit profit and loss to set targets and optimize marketing costs.
  • Collaborate closely with business teams to translate business insights into data.

Requirements

  • Ability to clearly communicate complex results to technical experts, business partners, and executives.
  • Prior experience in marketing, campaign and ads is a plus.
  • Prior experience in risk management is a plus.
