This role will support the Senior Manager in the administration of operations and tenancy management in Lifelong Learning Institute (LLI) building as well as in engagement and outreach efforts:

The primary responsibilities include the following:

  • Support the organising events; from partners engagement to planning to execution of events.
  • Support to manage the partnership database information and provide regular reports and analysis.
  • Support in promotional and outreach efforts to promote the usage of LLI pay-per-use facilities (PPUF).
  • Support the managing key PPUF clients such as liaising with clients, assisting to handle clients’ site recce for PPUF including gathering events and tech check arrangements.
  • Provide monthly reports of relevant Events and PPUF related data (utilisation and revenue); including providing key analysis.
  • Provide administrative support e.g. Digital filing of Executed Tenancy Agreements, Letter of Offers to the digital record system and hard copy filings.
  • Support in doing market research for PPUF.
  • Manage contact centre related email enquiries for LLI.
  • Assist in other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in any discipline.
  • At least 2-3 years’ experience in business development.
  • Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint.
  • Possess the following qualities: collaborative, adaptable, independent, meticulous, positive attitude and willingness to learn.

This is a 6-months non-renewable contract role.
