- Prior experience in a customer support environment is advantageous.
- Strong technical, analytical, and troubleshooting skills, with a customer-centric mindset and excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Proven ability to manage incidents, service requests, and problem resolution in alignment with ITIL best practices.
- Willingness to travel to multiple sites as required.
