  • Strong technical, analytical, and troubleshooting skills, with a customer-centric mindset and excellent interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven ability to manage incidents, service requests, and problem resolution in alignment with ITIL best practices.
  • Willingness to travel to multiple sites as required.
