- Maintain strong sales order pipeline on refrigerant collection & Sell Gas to both domestic & export market and develop initiatives to increase collection / sales volumes.
- Forecast weekly sales process and oversee inbound order taking & processing.

- Lead operational effectiveness through implementation of processes, tools and systems to enhance site-location decision-making.
- Actively analyze market trends & customer needs to uncover new revenue streams and explore new markets.
