1. Role Overview

The Field Sales Specialist is responsible for driving sales growth by engaging directly with potential clients, demonstrating Restosuite’s products and services, and converting leads into customers. 2. Key Responsibilities

A. Lead Generation and Client Engagement

  1. Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels (e.g., cold calls, on-site visits, events).

  2. Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings to present Restosuite’s products and solutions.

  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

B. Sales Demonstrations and Closing

  1. Provide detailed demonstrations of Restosuite’s POS systems, payment solutions, and other offerings.

  2. Address client concerns and objections, offering tailored solutions to meet their business needs.

  3. Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

C. Reporting and Analysis

  1. Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and sales activities using CRM tools.

  2. Submit regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and competitor activities.

  3. Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

D. Market Research and Outreach

  1. Stay informed on industry trends, client challenges, and competitor offerings.

  2. Represent Restosuite at trade shows, industry events, and networking sessions to promote the brand.

  3. Suggest improvements to sales strategies based on market insights.

E. Collaboration

  1. Work closely with the marketing and business development teams to align strategies and goals.

  2. Coordinate with technical teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and after-sales support.

3. Qualifications and Skills Required

Education and Experience

Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field.

2+ years of sales experience, preferably in technology or POS-related industries.

Key Skills

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

Effective presentation and negotiation abilities.

Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
