Quotation for ID Companies
Prepare and provide accurate quotations for Interior Design (ID) companies, ensuring that all products and services are listed with correct pricing.
Respond to inquiries related to product specifications and pricing, making adjustments to quotes as required.
Collaborate with the sales team or management to ensure that the quotations meet the clients’ needs and align with company offerings.
Open Invoices / Receipts
Generate and open invoices for completed transactions or services rendered.
Ensure all details such as customer information, itemized charges, and payment methods are accurately recorded on invoices.
Issue receipts for payments made, ensuring proper documentation for both the company and customer.
Manage and track the status of outstanding invoices and payments.
Update Sales Person’s Weekly Sales Figures & Job Site Details
Maintain a record of each sales representative's performance by updating their weekly sales figures, including sales volume, revenue, and targets.
Update and track job site details (e.g., project progress, materials delivered, any issues or updates) to ensure accurate reporting and follow-up.
Provide regular updates to the sales team and management on individual and overall performance metrics.
Attend to Walk-in Customers for Bathroom Accessories
Greet and assist walk-in customers who are interested in bathroom accessories, providing them with product information, features, and benefits.
Offer personalized product recommendations based on the customers' needs, helping them make informed purchasing decisions.
Process transactions for customers purchasing bathroom accessories and ensure they receive proper invoices or receipts.
Check Stock Availability and Arrange Delivery for Products to Customer Homes
Regularly check stock levels for bathroom accessories and other products to ensure availability.
Coordinate with warehouse or inventory management teams to arrange product deliveries to customers' homes.
Schedule deliveries, ensuring customers are informed about expected delivery dates and any changes to the schedule.
Call Leads to Fix Appointments
Contact leads from various sources (e.g., website inquiries, walk-ins, promotional campaigns) to set appointments for consultations or product demonstrations.
Follow up on previous inquiries and attempt to convert leads into confirmed appointments or sales opportunities.
Maintain a customer database with accurate lead contact information and track progress of follow-up calls and appointments.
