Job Responsibilities:

Marketing Support

Drive marketing activities of the company, help to enhance the company's brand image, and promote the company's products.

Drive Campaign activities including the following categories:

  • Organize and implement exhibitions. Responsible for the preliminary preparations for the exhibition such as booth design and production of leaflets and corresponding processes (such as new suppliers, preparation of procurement results, contract approval, contract signing, contract filing, reimbursement, etc.), layout during the exhibition, taking photos, and preparation of an internal press release.
  • Cooperate with magazines, websites and other forms of media and official organizations/associations to expand the company's status and popularity. (E.g. Chinese Business Directory Advertising / Hot Leads / Google Ads)
  • To prepare product brochures and customized company gifts.
  • Organize and implement customer events (E.g. Movie event, customer appreciation meeting at the end of the year)
  • Holiday gift purchase (E.g. Mid-Autumn moon cake purchase, Spring Festival purchase)
  • Assist in the budget planning and internal control data completion of marketing activities.
  • Collect marketing plans from branches and submit OA signing reports, after which organize branches to implement the activities according to the plan.

Digital Marketing Focus

  • Assist with SEO and SEM strategies to increase website visibility and drive traffic.
  • Plan and execute digital campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads to generate leads and enhance brand awareness.
  • Track performance metrics of digital campaigns and optimize them for better results.

Inventory management

Responsible for inventory management of the company.

Responsible for Inventory regular reporting, gift purchase, storage and outbound registration.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Business/Marketing or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a similar capacity.
  • Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and LinkedIn Ads for digital marketing campaigns.
  • Able to communicate with Chinese clients.
  • Good interpersonal, communication and writing skills.
  • Ability to communicate with various levels of internal management, staff and vendors.
  • Ability to manage multiple, competing deadlines and priorities simultaneously.
  • Able to work independently as an individual contributor.
  • A highly resourceful individual and a problem solver, extremely hands-on, ready to embrace any challenges or ad-hoc projects.
