- Screen candidates and manage interview schedules.

Requirements:
- Experience in recruitment or research, ideally in a remote or international setting.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and recruitment processes.
- Fluent in Japanese and English (both written and spoken).
- Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
