The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

• Develop and conceptualize content and campaign focused on increasing brand awareness and customer engagement across channels

• Develop, manage and execute campaigns focused on increasing traffic and sales across e-commerce marketplaces including our own (Axquisite), Shopee, Lazada, FairPrice Online, Amazon, GrabMart and others

• Responsible for maintaining and updating the company’s website and e-commerce marketplaces while ensuring all content (pages, products and prices) are accurately displayed

• Research, analyse and present new and innovative ways to approach and execute social content

• Stay current with changes and advances in social media and advise on new channels and approaches to adopt

• Support in the creation of artwork and content (photos and videos) for our social channels

• SEO and SEM, research, analyse and present new and fresh ways to approach and execute social content

• Attend to customers' emails, enquires, messages on all social media platforms and administrative matters

• Ensure the accuracy of recorded transactions derived from source documents

The ideal candidate should have:

• At least 1 year of work experience in a marketing position with a track record, preferably for digital/e-business brand

• Experience in e-commerce operations/similar is preferred

• Adept in Canva, Facebook Business Suite, Google Ads & Google Suite will be a plus

• Excellent communication skills and CRM

• Quick thinking and problem-solving attitude in tackling obstacles that may compromise workflow, capacity and/or quality

• Ability to work as part of a team and take direction accurately

• Strong computer skills to include MS Office, web-based systems, and social media
