As one of our early employees, the Marketing Specialist will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the company’s marketing strategy, building brand awareness, and driving customer acquisition. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute One Date's overarching marketing strategy, aligning it with business objectives.
- Build and manage One Date's brand identity, ensuring cohesive and consistent messaging across all platforms.
- Collaborate with the team to create, manage, and grow One Date’s presence on social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Lemon8, X (formerly Twitter), and Threads.
- Plan and implement customer acquisition and retention strategies, leveraging partnerships and creative campaigns.
- Oversee and create engaging content for digital marketing, email campaigns, and social media channels.
- Analyse performance metrics using marketing tools and make data-driven decisions to optimise campaigns for improved results.
- Work with cross-functional teams to enhance marketing efforts and drive growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in marketing, particularly in digital marketing, social media management, and brand building.
- Familiarity with marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, and experience with SEO, SEM, and CRM systems.
- Strong understanding of social media trends and content creation for platforms like TikTok and Instagram.
- Demonstrated experience with customer acquisition strategies, partnership development, and retention initiatives.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for startups, innovation, and shaping the dating industry.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
