LX International Singapore is a global business company expanding its operations. It is wholly owned by LX International in South Korea and focuses on all areas of the value chain, including trading, business development, investment, financing, raw material supply, and logistics. Roles descriptions

The successful candidate will assist the team leader in managing and coordinating the JIT services and inventory management. Our team is currently developing new business opportunities in the market, so the candidate will assist in data collection, analysis, and reporting on market information and business development.

Key responsibilities

· Coordinate with our HQ in Korea, suppliers in Korea and China, customers in Indonesia, and warehouses.

· Liaise with suppliers regarding orders and quality issues.

· Build and maintain rapport with customers and suppliers.

· Ensure smooth warehouse operations.

· Process PO orders, handle goods returns, and process sales entries through SAP.

· Monitor incoming and outgoing stock.

· Ensure month-end stock records tally with warehouse reports.

· Review monthly sales reports in terms of sales amounts and profits.

· Monitor slow-moving stock and aging AR for effective debt management.

The position requires:

· Fresh university graduates are welcome.

· Excellent business communication skills in English and Korean, as the role involves managing vendors and customers in the Korean market and preparing reports in Korean.

· Strong customer management and negotiation skills, with the willingness to develop these skills on the job.

· Ability to handle urgent problem-solving situations, with a proactive learning approach.

· Willingness to learn and adapt to international trade regulations and policies.

· A proactive and confident personality, with a focus on continuous improvement and high ethical standards.

· Interest in or understanding of Just-In-Time (JIT) principles and inventory management.

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing stock levels.

· Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

· Team-oriented mindset and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
