- Experience designing for both digital and print media, including social media graphics, marketing collateral, and branding materials.
- Prior experience working in an educational or nonprofit setting is a plus but not required.
- Proficient level in in graphic design and photo editing - Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat Reader).
- Experience working on the Mac OS platform is essential.
- Experience using Google Suite (Docs, Slides, etc.) and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Comfortable using these tools for document creation and collaboration.
- Experience working on Canva for designing engaging content and templates for the UWCSEA community is desirable.
- Familiarity with website CMS and digital communication tools (e.g., Finalsite, Hubspot) is desirable.
- Exceptional attention to detail, highly organised, and able to multitask effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
