Roles & Responsibilities:

As an Event Sales Executive, you will drive sales and build relationships with potential clients. You will take charge of the entire sales process, from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing deals and managing client relationships. This role requires a highly motivated, client-focused individual who excels in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Job Description:

· Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the events industry.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

· Understand clients' event needs and offer tailored solutions, presenting the company’s services in the best possible light.

· Prepare and deliver persuasive proposals and presentations to potential clients.

· Negotiate terms and close sales while maintaining profitability.

· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of events and client expectations.

· Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs regularly.

· Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to continuously refine sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in corporate sales (events and/or hospitality sales will be preferred)

  • Meticulous and great attention to details

  • Highly organized with good time management skills

  • Strong communication skills – verbal, written, and presentations

  • Able to work under pressure in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

  • Proactive and can solve problems independently

  • Work well with others as a good team player

  • Demonstrate a high level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information appropriately

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace applications (i.e. Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc)
