Job Description

  • Manning of front desk at outlet

  • Responsible for enquiries through phone and walk-in customers

  • Build Rapport with customers and ensure customer satisfaction

  • Initiate phone calls to invite new customers to outlet to achieve new customer visit target

  • Follow up with new and existing customers on their appointments

  • Arrange appointment for stylists/beauticians/consultants

  • Process customers' bills promptly and correctly using outlet’s Point of Sales (POS)

  • Key customers’ records into computer systems promptly and correctly

  • Handle outlet’s computer systems such as POS, appointment booking system and other required systems

  • Prepare and submit reports required by company e.g., Marketing Efficiency Report and Course Balance Report

  • Assist Branch Manager to ensure smooth running of outlet operations in compliance with company policy
