Sales Executive

- Expected salary: $2,500 - $3,500 per month

Responsibilities
Present our structural and architectural products and services to prospective clients through engaging and persuasive presentations
Work closely with Technical Engineer and testers on projects, site visits and testing
Build strong rapport and provide excellent service to customers while understanding customer needs and delivers value
Maintain and manage excellent customer relationship with Developer, Consultants, Architects, Contractors, etc.
Handle incoming sales enquiries
Support in Pre-Sales & After-Sales
To understand market dynamics and customer needs
Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve set sales target
Develop effective sales strategy to grow existing accounts as well as identifying new channel opportunities to drive incremental sales.
Requirements
required to possess a valid driver’s license and mode/form of transportation will be provided upon confirmation of employment.
Computer literate and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills with people of all levels
Ability to influence with excellent negotiation skills and is a business acumen with problem-solving attitude.
Good team player with excellent customer service attitude, dynamic and result oriented.
Self-motivated to work independently with minimal supervision and under pressure as well as in a team with individuals of diverse backgrounds.
High ability and successful track record in personal salesmanship
Minimum 2 years’ sales experience in the construction industry preferred

2-3 Full-Time position(s) available
Candidates with more years of experience will be considered for the senior positions.
An attractive remuneration package that commensurate with qualification and experience will be offered to successful candidate.
Additional transportation allowance will be offered for candidate with own car in addition to sales commission
