Job Summary

You will be responsible for performing installations, maintenance and repairs of equipment, with a team to do so. You will need to ensure proper and on-time installations and provide post-sales customer service. You will have to possess a strong technical knowledge in our products, a customer-centric attitude and excellent problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and complete installations, maintenance and repairs of products to meet project schedules, including deliveries

  • Assessing and reporting to Project Lead on quality of finished products and installations

  • Respond to troubleshooting and maintenance requests and emergencies

  • Conduct pre sales site inspections and feedback to support our team to prepare product proposals

  • Maintaining inventory and records

  • Ensure company and team compliance with safety regulations

  • Be responsible for any other duties that may be assigned from time to time as Management deems fit.

Requirements

  • Work on-site in built or in-construction environment

  • Work experience as a hands-on installer is a must

  • Have strong communication skills and customer service attitude

  • Team player with collaborative attitude with solution-oriented mindset

  • Must work overtime / weekend if required.

  • Basic computer skills (Excel, Word)

  • Possession of a Class 3 driving license (preferred)
