Job Responsibilities:

  • Involves the execution of local & oversea recruitment career fairs and career talk plans, ensuring their successful implementation and outcomes.
  • Manage the full cycle of recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
  • ​Support pre & post recruitment activities e.g. job posting, interview arrangement, onboarding and etc ·
  • Generate management statistics reports, track recruitment statistics and analysis ·
  • Participate in HR projects to enhance employer branding and employee experience ·
  • Provide guidance and advice to line managers and employees on recruitment matters ·
  • Assist HR Manager in reviewing and implementing HR policies or procedures ·
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews
  • Responsible for the work pass application for new hire when need
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
  • Job Requirements: ·

    • Posses Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource , Marketing and International Business
    • Minimum 2 years of related HR working experiences·
    • Prior working experience in semiconductor would be an added advantage ·
    • Familiar with the Labour Law, MOM regulations, and human resources practices in Singapore ·
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
    • Experience in SAP is a plus ·
    • Hands-on experience in organizing large-scale recruitment campaigns. ·
    • Strong interpersonal, organizational and problem solving skills
