About the Role:
As a Planner, you will play a key role in ensuring a smooth supply chain by managing inventory, planning production schedules, and optimizing material availability.
- This role will evolve into a dual-planning function covering both raw materials and finished goods.
- Order & Demand Management: Review customer and affiliate orders, committing based on material availability to meet service delivery targets.
- Inventory Control: Monitor and optimize stock levels, ensuring alignment with management targets while avoiding slow-moving or obsolete materials.
- Raw Material Replenishment: Oversee daily material supply, expedite replenishment as needed, and manage phase-in/phase-out processes for raw materials and formula changes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, and Distribution teams to fulfill order requirements and resolve material-related issues.
- Forecasting & Demand Planning: Work with Demand Planners and Customer Care to bridge forecasting gaps and ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Data Analysis & Continuous Improvement: Analyze consumption trends, recommend process improvements, and support business growth initiatives.
Requirements:
- Min 3 years in production planning, finished goods planning, or material planning.
- Strong preference for candidates from the manufacturing industry.
