- Assist the Corporate Secretary in handling a portfolio of clients, ensuring compliance with ACRA and other relevant authorities.
- Prepare and lodge corporate secretarial documents with ACRA, such as incorporation of companies, annual returns, changes in directors, and other statutory filings.
- Maintain and update statutory registers and corporate records for clients, ensuring timely filing and compliance with statutory requirements.
- Coordinate and prepare agendas, resolutions, minutes, and other necessary documents for board meetings and Annual General Meetings (AGMs).
- Assist with the drafting of corporate resolutions, shareholders' agreements, and other legal documents.
- Handle the submission of relevant statutory filings and ensure deadlines are met.
- Manage client communications, including responding to inquiries related to corporate secretarial matters and ensuring a high level of customer service.
- Ensure proper document control, organizing and managing both digital and physical files for easy retrieval.
- Support with the opening of bank accounts for clients and provide assistance with corporate changes, such as transfer of shares or director appointments.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive corporate information.
