What the role is:As a Senior/IT Project Admin in the CIO Office, you will support and run the operations for IT-related projects. You will also be required to plan, procure and manage inter/intra divisional IT resources, forecast and consolidate budget requirements and handle IT-related administrative matters if the need arise.What you will be working on:Responsibilities: • Coordinate and liaise with internal and external stakeholders on new and existing IT initiatives and project management. • Operational work in projects includes handling of change management, fault management, incident management, asset management, vulnerability management, patch management, etc • Budget tracking and contract management for internal projects. • Point of contact for any contract and procurement matters (e.g. quarterly budget review, contract variation matters) with Finance and Procurement team. • Point of contact for security clearance matters which includes the delivery of documents to the relevant authority. • Assist in monitoring the IT resources within the organization which includes asset management and procurement of IT equipment and services. • Review the operations and processes to identify potential areas for improvement, examine service problems and coordinate the resolution with respective stakeholders. • Vendor escalation for desktops/laptop hardware purchases, repairs, and troubleshooting. • Compile report/dashboard on status of system for communicating to stakeholder. • Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the CIO Office.What we are looking for:Requirements: • Minimum Diploma in IT discipline or related field. • A strong service-excellence and positive mindset with effective communication, organization, and interpersonal skills with a willing to learn attitude. • Able to work both as a part of a team and independently with minimal supervision, with good analytical and problem-solving skills. • Good command of the English language, both verbal and written. • Knowledge in IT and operations is an added advantage. • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply too.
